There are no refunds for: merchandise that has been personalized, special orders, items labeled final sale, any closeout inventory or bulk purchases (including items discounted for volume).

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service. To ensure accuracy, please furnish the order number, and the item number (or a good description), so we can determine the exact item that you would like to cancel. If you have already completed an order, and wish to add or remove items, we may need to cancel your initial order completely, and place a new order. Customer Service can assist you quickly, if the order has not been processed. If your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.
You can check the status of any order by visiting our My Orders page found via the My Account link visible on every shopping cart page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order. When you click on My Orders, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page, will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.
